Group Health Benefits
Behr offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision benefits with single and family coverage available. Employee contributions for health benefits are pretax, which lowers your taxable income and helps stretch each dollar further. The deductibles are significantly lower than the national average and the network of providers is extensive.
Medical/Dental/Vision
Behr employees can choose from a variety of Medical coverage options depending on their location with no copays and preventives services covered at 100%. They also have access to Dental coverage for preventative and diagnostic services, in addition to comprehensive coverage for many restorative and reconstructive services including orthodontia. Behr employees can also take advantage of a nationwide Vision plan that covers periodic exams as well as eyeglasses or contact lenses up to a designated amount.
Work/Life Balance
In keeping with our culture that promotes work-life balance, Behr provides policies and programs that help our employees achieve the right balance between work and life outside of Behr.
Paid Time Off
Behr provides eligible employees paid time away from work for vacations, family illness and absences. In addition to paid time off, employees also receive 10 paid company-designated holidays per calendar year.

Available to all benefit eligible employees and their dependents. The program is a counseling service designed to help employees and their eligible family members resolve personal problems before they become overwhelming.

Short and Long Term Disability
Provides employees with continuing source of income and benefits in the event they are unable to work due to non-work-related illness or injury and are provided at no cost to all benefit eligible employees.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Financial protection for your survivors in the event of your death is important for your family's welfare. Basic Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment are provided at no cost to all benefit eligible employees.
Retirement Savings & Profit Sharing
It is never too early to start planning for your retirement. Therefore, Behr offer a 401(k) Savings and Profit Sharing Plan program with multiple investment options to help employees to start saving and earning money towards your retirement.
Retirement Savings
Through this tax-deferred savings program, employees may invest a portion of their income into a wide range of professionally managed diversified investment funds.
